1. What products do you offer?

We specialize in our signature line of branded graphic tees, all designed in-house by our founder and produced locally at our facility in Tennessee. Each design reflects our unique creative vision and commitment to quality. We offer our products both through retail and wholesale.

2. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! Wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders. Stores/Boutiques can register as a wholesale customer on our website to get started or email us at support@realmccoymercantile.com.

3. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. For wholesale orders, please log in to your wholesale account or get in touch with our sales team for assistance. Wholesale customers can also place orders through the Facebook group and email.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for wholesale orders. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Term accounts for approved stores coming Fall 2025.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and order size.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

To offer our wide range of designs all year, we print to order unless otherwise listed as a non-branded product or a Ready to Ship Item (RTS). Once you check out, your order goes into production within 1-3 days and ships within 14 days of check out. Boutiques please reach out prior to checking out if you need it faster for an event. Shipping time depends on your location and option chosen:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

7. How do I care for my products?

Graphic Tees should be washed without fabric softener inside out and tumble dried or hang dry. UV-Printed drinkware should be hand-washed. Tumblers, printed or not printed should not go in the dishwasher. You really shouldn't put anything double-walled in the dishwasher. The air in between the walls of the tumbler will expand and contract more than the material allows, and can cause splitting and corrosion over time.


All sales are non-refundable

Shipping & Handling fees are final.

All Jewelry, Accessories, Health & Beauty, Sale & Holiday Items are FINAL SALE-NON-RETURNABLE

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returned orders will result in an exchange or could result in a merchandise credit if sizing or availability is not there. Please see below for details of what purchase is eligible for returns.

 

Retail Customers:

  • Returns: Print to order branded tees or custom items are not returnable. Other Items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. We must be notified with 48 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Smoke free, Stain Free, pet hair and oder free.

·         Customer pays for shipping costs unless product is defective or it was our error.

Wholesale Customers:

  • Returns: All wholesale sales are final, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us immediately with photos, and we will issue a replacement or credit.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at support@realmccoymercantile.com with your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions.

**Please note that actual colors may vary, as all monitor/screen display settings are different. We are not responsible for replacing items because you aren't satisfied with the color choice. Please message us if you'd like more pictures of the item or help with choosing your color.

When possible, we will do our best to provide first-hand input on the listing of the item. If you need help determining your size, we'd be happy to send a size chart and discuss how the fit was for us prior to your ordering.

Damages/Errors- If you believe your item has an error or arrived damaged, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the error/damage to item and a photo of the box. We will gladly resolve any issues and send a replacement your way if it is our error and gladly help with processing a damage report with the Post Office. Please see the Shipping section for information on insurance.

Decals & Transfers & Stickers- I do not offer refunds due to misplacement of a decal or if the decal was applied incorrectly. Application instructions are sent with each decal. Please follow these directions to apply decals easily and correctly. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me prior to applying the decal.

We are not responsible for damages done to items due to the misuse of or failing to follow the proper care instructions for that item. Clean & Care Instructions are provided on the website.

SHIPPING: We use USPS Ground, First Class and Priority mail. First Class does not automatically come with tracking. All other orders automatically come with tracking, which will be provided to you once item is shipped.

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery dates; we can only guarantee the day that it ships.

Real McCoy Mercantile, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS. Packages shipped via Priority Mail will have $50 insurance. If you wish to increase that amount, please message me and I will provide pricing options. If a free shipping deal is going, we will be shipping item First Class, with options to upgrade.
